Condition: The leather is worn, smooth and soft. The cover & spine are both embossed & the fore edges are gold leaf. The spine shows a lot of wear to the edges as do the cover edges. The spine is cracked at the front of the book just after the inside cover; however, the pages are still tightly bound. The inside, back cover is cracked as well. No torn or missing pages noted. The pages are beautifully aged as old paper tends to do.
