Return Policy

We do not accept returns at Log Cabin Vintage.  All items are vintage and are in vintage, used condition (unless otherwise noted in the product description).  All items are sold in as is condition.  We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each item however, what some consider patina may be considered a defect to someone else.  Please be sure to read the entire product description as well as view all photos as they often show condition of the products.  Please feel free to ask questions before purchase.

Occurrences of lost or damaged items during the shipping process are rare.  However, if you item is received damaged, please email & we can file a claim with the post office if the item has been shipped priority mail.  In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage as well as photos of the condition of the box as it was received.  Once a claim has been filed, a refund for the price of the item as well as the shipping cost will be issued.
