    Condition:  Minor cover and spine wear noted especially around the edges.  No writing, torn or missing pages noted.  These editions are tightly bound with no damage to the hinges. Volume Two shows a bit of wear to the inside covers, otherwise, these appear to be very clean volumes. 

    Love a Good Story:  Born in England, Arthur Maxwell became a writer of children's stories & soon became affectionately known as Uncle Arthur. His simple stories are morality tales that illustrate values such as honesty, diligence, obedience, and selflessness. In addition to this series, he also wrote a Bible Story series as well.  He was part of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
