Bring the warmth of Margaret Wise Brown to your family's bookshelf.
Margaret Wise Brown had a remarkable gift for seeing the world through a child's eyes. Her stories encourage curiosity, imagination, and quiet moments shared together. All qualities that make her books treasured additions to home libraries for generations.
This vintage collection includes:
- Christmas in the Barn - illustrated by Barbara Cooney and published by Thomas Y. Crowell Company, New York in 1952.
- The Streamlined Pig - illustrated by Kurt Weise and published by Harper & Brothers in 1938 - first edition
- A Home in the Barn - illustrated by Jerry Pinkney and published by Harper in 2018

Condition Notes:
A Home in the Barn is in like-new condition, and I would consider it new old stock. The Streamlined Pig shows wear especially around the edges of the covers and spine. It has writing on the inside cover only - no other writing noted within the pages. Since this is an antique book with antique binding, the binding has come loose through years of being read over and over again. It was obviously a well-loved book that was read over and over again. Christmas in the Barn has also been well-loved over the years and the dust jacket shows wear especially around the edges. There is a bookplate on the inside cover. No writing, torn or missing pages are noted. There is a library pocket in the back, inside cover and the dust jacket's inside cover flap has been clipped.
