Condition:  Cover and spine wear noted especially around the edges - there is damage to the spine at the very top as shown in the photos.  As would be expected of any book over 100 years old, this book has been well-loved and well-read over the years.  It is still bound tightly but where the front and back covers meet the spine is definitely flimsy at best.  Still intact though definitely loose.  No missing pages noted.  There is an inscription written in pencil on the inside cover.  There are a few minor page tears near the spine of the book on several pages.  Foxing (age spots) are noted on the fore edges and inside covers.  This edition is filled with both full-color, full-page illustrations as well as black and white illustrations.
