Condition:  Cover and spine wear noted especially around the edges.  This antique edition has been well-loved over the years.  The inside cover stuck to the end paper & then ripped when separated.  There are water marks on the first few pages of the book as well.  After that, it gets much better - no writing, torn or missing pages noted after the initial few as stated above.  And while there have been repairs to the spine at both the front and back, inside covers, the book is otherwise tightly bound.  Don't let all of these flaws take away from this beauty.  What a gorgeous addition this would be to your bookshelf - display the spine or the cover - both are still gorgeous.  Be sure to look through the photos for your best visual representation of this book.
