Year: 1950's - since all books except first one were published by Macmillan Publishing Co., Inc. I have to assume these books were printed later than the 1950's copyright date listed on their copyright pages. These are unmarked Book Club Editions.
Publisher: The Macmillan Company (The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe) and Macmillan Publishing Co., Inc. (remaining six books) - these are NOT labeled as book club editions on the dust jacket inside flaps, however there are no prices listed on the flaps either, which leads me to believe these are Book Club Editions based on research I have done. One other note - at the bottom of each copyright page, the following information is printed: Qualtiy Printing and Binding by: Berryville Graphics, P.O. Box 272, Berryville, VA 22611 U.S.A.

Dimensions: Books Measure - 6" wide by 8.5" tall
Condition: The dust jackets show wear especially around the edges with The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe showing the most wear including several tears at the top of the cover and corners. The books themselves are clean with only very minor wear to the covers and spines. Each book is tightly bound with not damage to the hinges. There is no writing, torn or missing pages noted. The last two books - The Magician's Nephew and The Last Battle appear to have never been opened or read.
