Shipping Policy

At Log Cabin Vintage, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  Shipping occurs on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays (unless these days fall on a holiday, in which case, shipping will occur the next business day).  All books are shipped media mail and do not include insurance, unless you choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout.  Please note Media Mail does not include any insurance.  Ground Advantage and Priority Mail both include up to $100 of insurance.

Log Cabin Vintage cannot be held responsible for any items once they have been shipped.  Please note I personally take all items to my local post office & receive a receipt for all shipments or I hand each order directly to my mail carrier for which he/she scans the item into their system immediately. 

Occurrences of lost or damaged items during the shipping process are rare.  However, if you item is received damaged, please reach out to me & we can file a claim with the post office if the item has been shipped priority mail.  In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage as well as photos of the condition of the box as it was received.
