There is writing & a stamp on the inside cover. The title page has some damage to it as shown in the photos. The page following the title page is loose. No torn or missing pages noted. Book shows wear consistent with age. The back cover has a crack in it that has not gone all the way through - it looks like it was bent in half at one point. See the photos for a closeup.
