Shipping Policy

At Log Cabin Vintage, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  I try my best to ship within one business day, however it is not always possible. All books are shipped media mail and do not include insurance.  If you would like your book insured, please contact the shop at info@logcabinvintage.com PRIOR to purchase so insurance can be added to the shipping profile.

Log Cabin Vintage cannot be held responsible for any items once they have been shipped.  Please note I personally take all items to my local post office & receive a receipt for all shipments or I hand each order directly to my mail carrier for which he/she scans the item into their system immediately. 

Please note all books are shipped media mail unless priority mail is chosen at checkout.  Media mail does not include insurance.   

Occurrences of lost or damaged items during the shipping process are rare.  However, if you item is received damaged, please reach out to me & we can file a claim with the post office if the item has been shipped priority mail.  In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage as well as photos of the condition of the box as it was received.
